Micro Motor

The shaded pole motor is a low-power alternating current (AC) motor with a simple structural design, widely used in refrigeration equipment, fans, and ventilation systems. Its operating principle is based on the presence of a shading ring (a copper ring) installed on part of the stator pole. This ring creates a phase shift in the magnetic flux, producing a weak rotating magnetic field that enables the motor to start and operate.

Thanks to its compact structure, low cost, and high reliability, this type of motor is especially suitable for applications that require continuous operation and minimal maintenance, such as fans in evaporators and condensers of refrigeration systems.
